What we collect

Only what you type in, plus the minimum a server records to function.

• Enquiry forms. Name, email and whatever else you choose to enter — phone, city, firm, topic and your message. Stored so we can reply.
• Research account. Your email address and a salted, hashed password. The password itself is never stored and cannot be recovered by us.
• Session cookie. One httpOnly cookie identifying your signed-in session. It is not readable by any script on the page and is not used for tracking.
• Server logs. IP address and request path, as any web server records. The IP is also stored against an enquiry as basic anti-abuse friction.

What we do not do

• No analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
• No selling, renting or sharing of personal data with third parties for their own use.
• No third-party embed loads until you ask for it — a video thumbnail is a static image until you press play, at which point YouTube's own terms apply.
• No profiling and no automated decision-making about you.

Why we hold it

To respond to your enquiry, to give you access to the research board, and to meet the record-keeping obligations of a SEBI-registered Portfolio Manager where a relationship progresses beyond an enquiry.

How long

Enquiries that do not lead to a relationship are kept while they remain useful for follow-up, then deleted. Research accounts are kept until you ask us to remove them. Client records are kept for the period required by applicable regulation, which is longer and is not ours to shorten.

Your choices

Write to us to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted where we are not required to retain it. We will confirm what we have done rather than simply confirming receipt.
