Regulatory

Compliance &
grievances.

How to raise a complaint, who handles it, how long it takes, where to escalate if we do not resolve it — and the complaint data SEBI requires every Portfolio Manager to publish.

Escalation

Three levels,
in order.

01

Client experience team

Raise it with your usual contact, or email grievances@marathontrends.com with your full name, registered mobile number, pan card, nature of complaint. Most matters are resolved here. Acknowledgement within one business day.

02

Compliance Officer

If unresolved after ten working days, or if you would rather go straight there, write to Vidhi Gulabani, Compliance Officer, at compliance@marathontrends.com. A written response follows within the timeline set by the investor charter.

03

SEBI SCORES & ODR

If you remain dissatisfied, lodge a complaint with SEBI through the SCORES portal, or the Online Dispute Resolution mechanism below. Neither requires our consent, and using them does not affect your account.

What we monitor

Compliance
in practice.

Independent oversight
Risk and compliance monitoring sits outside the investment decision, not alongside it.
Position and industry limits
Monitored continuously against the mandate rather than checked at review points.
Client-name custody
Securities are held in the client's own demat account with an independent custodian, verifiable without going through us.
Limited power of attorney
Restricted to investment activity. It does not permit moving assets out of the client's account.
Reporting obligations
Periodic reporting to clients and to SEBI as required of a registered Portfolio Manager.
Marketing review
Material describing the service is reviewed before publication — including this website.
